Kidnapping was something that Miguel occasionally indulged in if his plans required it. He usually did it to people he intended to hold for random or kill in a wonderfully creative fashion to sate his bloodlust when there were no women available to slake his lusts. It made for a wonderful stress reliever and a fun thought exercise for him and his men, especially his adviser Renato. Plus, kidnapping meant that his basically captured someone else’s piece and he did so love stealing.

Still, he had to plan this out very carefully. He wasn’t kidnapping just anyone after all – rather someone important not just to a lot of people but to him as well. This had to go with as few hitches as possible so that he could enjoy the spoils. Hopefully in his bed or somewhere equally convenient.

After that? Well, aside from spoiling her those were plans for a future session. Right now, he needed to wait for Renato to actually get his ass in his office so that they could start hammering out the details on how he was going to get the Sergius gem into his clutches. Over wine and some tasteful snacks along with good music, of course. Brain food was important and a full meal would be too distracting.

Now to wait. He had ten minutes before he started calling phones and an hour before he sent out a man hunt. No one wanted him to have to call the manhunt because it was stress on everyone involved, but that was the crime life for you. A criminal’s life is fraught with peril and all that jazz.

Still, the large bug was used to landing from such high velocity launches and he easily landed on his feet near the entrance that the violet bird had been guarding. [break][break]

Hercules chittered in irritation as it saw the bird dive back down without a telltale mark that would show that Hyperion’s claw cut it, meaning that he missed. Damn. Guess he would have to compensate. Right as the bird went close and was starting to dance, he lunged forward with surprising speed and an outstretched claw, intending to Sucker Punch the bird’s face before it could even begin in earnest. If it hit or not, he would then continue onwards with his forward momentum past the bird and out of eyeshot even as he hardened his carapace…. [break][break]

…as well as out of a possible blast zone as the large orange dragon from above exhaled a massive amount of superheated smoke mixed with powerful searing wind coming from the same mouth. This cloud of superheated smoke, ash and air obscured the target and blocked it from the Charizard’s view even as he attacked it, intending to burn it. [break][break]

And above the building that he was viewing the fight on, Zernebog smirked in victory as he saw those actions and from the sight of reinforcement coming from the other side of the building. All was going according to plan so far.
