Kipper Pronto is a Marine legacy. Counting back generations his family has been involved in the military and it's been his entire goal in life to follow that path. In way of rank he's shooting for Admiral, wanting to prove his worth in the family tree. He's only a freshly enlisted Chore Boy so far but don't let his age or size fool you, he can pack quite a punch.
[break][break]
As a Marine he's as proper as they come. He sees the chain of command as his own gospel and military code as his bible. He doesn't take well to the breaking down of this structure but certainly isn't afraid to get his hands dirty.
[break][break]
Friends - In terms of these Kip will have many in varying degrees. He has little patience for children his own age, especially if their demeanor matches their lack of experience. Rank will quickly grant you his respect and compliance but he's slow to build on trust. There's definitely an opening for a rivalry. He's a believer in healthy competition and wants to refine his own skills to prove his worth.
[break][break]
Enemies - As hard as they may be to find Pirates fall pretty exclusively here. Kip has little to no patience for lawbreakers and vagrants. Anyone who puts the balance of civilian safety and civil rest in jeopardy gets bumped pretty high up his list.
[break][break]
Family - I'm open to relatives as well for him. Coming from a military family I'd imagine there would be a few but i left things pretty open for any ideas.
[break][break]
Crew - There are things in the works. TBA
