BIGBY CANNON - MALE - TWENTY-FIVE - MARINE - HETEROSEXUAL

- POSITIVES - So Bigby is kind of a weird dude. He's an alcoholic Marine Lieutenant with a bad habit of disobeying orders but he's also a pretty good guy. If you're the type who can look past people with a few rough edges Bigby would be a great friend. I'm sure there are some people out there who he has served with for a while who he gets along with. Most importantly he needs SHIPMATES. Bigby needs a Captain to serve under who can put up with a little back talk and debauchery in return for a truly loyal first mate. They also need to be alright with late night drum solos coming from his bunk.
- NEGATIVES - It is no secret that pirates and Marines don't get along. Bigby is no Akainu but he really doesn't put up with piracy or revolutionary-types as their ideals clash with his goal of being a hero. He tends to see the world in a black and white way where there are good guys and bad guys and if you're not a Marine you probably fall under the bad guy category in his mind. I could totally see him having a RIVAL of sorts that he continuously tries to catch but never quite can. Bigby is a self-proclaimed detective and he'd be snooping around all the time for them. I could see some comical scenes where your character might have been in a bar just before he arrived and he sees like their fingerprints on a glass or something and then he falls to his knees and curses your name to the heavens. You know, normal people stuff like that. There are also probably a bunch of Marines who hate him because he is just... how he is.
- OTHERS - Now like I said, Bigby sees the world in a pretty black and white way. He is also a very realistic person deep down and I think he would recognize it if something happened to where he couldn't see the World Government as the good guys anymore. I've been kicking around the idea of him switching teams and maybe joining either a pirate crew or the revolution if somebody out there could turn him. I just love arcs like that and think it could be fun. This would probably be after he joins a crew, however, because that would just make it all the more interesting if he had people to leave behind. As far as romance goes, there is only one girl Bigby will ever love. It's that old classic tale where two young lovers get their legs cut off together and one goes off to join the Marines and the other gets abducted by pirates and is now a revolutionary. That old song and dance. However, I could see him getting over her if he found out where she is and what she is up to these days. If there are some really juicy ROMANCE options I wouldn't be opposed to him moving on but I think it would be tough.
