With such little time to get things done, Charlie was on a mission. Following a series of most unfortunate events, the zombie had a to do list with a very short time limit. There were a good few things needed to be set in motion on his side while his cohorts made their own moves which, by the end of things, would have some pretty damn interesting effects on the Grand Line.
So he moved about Water 7 as incognito as could be. The cerulean hood that hung low over the man's eyes kept his dead orbs fixated on the map in his palms. There was a sort of bustling madness to Water 7 that put Charlie on edge. Bodies moved in all directions, masses of winding twining crowds, all rushing and moving like there was somewhere everyone needed to be. With the bounty that'd been popped on his head during the prison break it wasn't wise for the undead pirate to be caught dead walking the streets so he kept his head low and carried on his way.
Charlie trekked on under the light of morning, his stoney eyes fixed on the map as the sounds of some wild commotion called in the distance. He hesitated to look away from the paper, not thinking twice of what could've been the source of the noise, but just as he did would a Marine body go sailing through the air.
Damn Hector. It had to have been.

Wisdom, knowledge, and intelligence. Preposterous gossip was generated nearby Z’s receivers and the youth is convinced the sleazebag Marine’s have data on his father. There is no legitimized rationale behind his assumption other than the babbling Marine’s partially illustrated what Z hypothesized his father presently resembled. However the buccaneer hasn’t physically visualized his father for seventeen years. So this was evidently an unreasonable suspicion, but twas a supplemental bonus that he had to dispose of Marine’s to secure this conceivable intelligence. Hours after recording the gossip the youth determined the desirable route to collecting the wisdom was a full-frontal assault.
Hiking to the Marine’s sectional territory with his esteemed raven revolvers wired, and watchful upon his abdomen. Onyx layering carelessly established upon his sculpted shoulders as scarlet spheres dotted the considerable territorial mark. Two ill-fated Marine’s stood guard as Z progressed. “Sir, this is a Marine base, without proper clearance we can’t allow you to pass!” A soldiers roar poured from the guards rims.
A meager grin flowed onto Z’s borders.
Once the Marine erupted his words the youth halted, appearing as though he was going to adhere. Maroon crystals dashing between both guards, and near-instantaneously Z’s digits clutched his armaments. Dispensing deaths gates, the buccaneer addressed two pearly bullets towards the soldiers craniums.
BAM!
The vigorous echos of death howled through the compass. Two figures plummeting onto the ashen cement terrain as carmine fluid oozes from their crowns. Z progressed onward “Lets do this mother fuckers” criminally slithered from his lips while his cardinal irises gazed upon the extensive campground. The crackling ring of fatalities unavoidably announced his attendance. Journeying pass the two departed characters Z promptly perceived the three vessels conceivably piping a combustible substance.
Swiftly the youth discharged three bright bullets onto the containers. Once a connection was made the vessels erupted into flames, unquestionably inducing various soldiers to sail through the air. Z inspected the ensued anarchy, and perceived the soldiers had identified him as the actual threat. This was impeccable, he could perhaps find cause to use his Immobile Essence.

The commotion would only pick up as the undead male grew closer and closer to the source of the flying Marines. Charlie moved as fast as his feet would take him, which spoke leads for the decaying muscles hiding beneath his grayed flesh. Up ahead would he find his destination and source of the racket, a Marine base that'd seemed to be under heavy attack. Without so much as a blink, the zombie was up and over the front gate, his deceased body effortlessly hurtling the ten foot high fence.
As soon as he landed, Charlie's hands were ablaze with the ebon flames of hell. His eyes shifted every which way in anticipation of the oncoming resistance, but there wasn't a single body in sight. He rose to scan the area, noting the various huts and booths where the sailors would normally conduct their surveillance, but no opposition rushed to stop him.
Hector must've been really wreaking some hell wherever he was.
Charlie pricked his ears to the sounds of battle on the wind, straining with the effort until finally more shots and shouts blared through his drums. When he picked up on the direction his legs were springing once more, his figure rushing forward across what felt like a meager parking lot. He picked up the pace as he rounded a sharp corner, the flames of his fruit sparking to life once more as his dead eyes landed on Hector dead center a growing horde of uniformed bodies...except it wasn't the redhead at all.
Surprise rippled across the zombie's face as he watched onward at the single male who dared stand against the Marine onslaught. With so many soldiers gathered around, threatening to rush him all at once, Charlie wondered just what in the hell he'd do. He stood by with mild curiosity, crossing his arms over his chest as he readied for the unfolding scene.

The waters were cruel to those that came unprepared, as Eli found out himself. He had gotten a ride from some random crew that he befriended on an island he was investigating. The blonde had a knack for making friends, even of those that seemed hard to be around. It was obvious he couldn't swim from island to island. The fruit he consumed as a young boy prevented him from ever surviving the unforgiving nature of water. Though he found himself in Water 7, an odd title for a place filled with hopes and dreams, and a ton of marines.
What drew him to Water 7? The prospect of finding a ship wright so he could put together his own crew. His plan was to bring together members, and then have an election for the position of leader. Eli wasn't a fit captain, nor did he ever want to be the captain of a crew. But after his last crew disbanded he had been very lonely. Even the constant flings with random women didn't satisfy him as much as the friendships had. Thanking the crew that brought him to Water 7, he made his way into the town, not expecting much of anything on his first day here.
His eyes caught a lot of things as he walked through the town, and one thing was sure, Water 7 was filled with marines. If only he had a reason to zap their asses into ash. As he got closer to the center of the town loud noises had made themselves known to almost everyone in the town. As most moved away from the explosions and the marines, he took steps towards the fun. Since the marines were in a state of panic, they didn't really care about a random person making their way towards the center of all the fun.
Within moments he found himself looking at a sole individual surrounded by a group of marines. It seemed he was the one who started this entire uproar. His eyes found another individual standing a few meters from the fun, quietly observing with his arms crossed. This seemed like a good time to introduce himself. Though the closer he got, he noticed he had something going on with his face, questions he'd save for when they were more acquainted.
"Yo! Is that your man in the midst of those marines?" It was obvious the man he was yelling at wasn't a marine. He waved him down, and approached cautiously in case he reacted defensively. "Regardless, this seems like a fun show to watch. Who you got? The marines or the random?" He said with the swiftness, his eyes now on individual that was about to take on a hell of a lot of marines. Hell, dependent on all this went down, Eli might even get involved himself.
